Celebrating Doodle Week: Doodle Evil

In honor of Claire's DoodleWeek, I thought I would ask my comic strip sheep, Shearadon and Woolworth, to make another guest appearance.

Of course I KNEW I'd be paying for it. Once Woolworth finally let Shearadon out of the Hannibal Lecter mask, Shearadon begged me to mention to you that he is still working on his blog-- Wild-n-Woolly-- really slaving away to reach the Online Sheep Community...

(I personally feel at four posts in four months, he and I differ about the definition of "slaving.")

...Anyway, he asked that I draw your attention in particular to his latest post, a sheep-inspired song parody of a tune from one of his favorite Pink Floyd albums, and the popular tune "Us and Them."

So with this link, I give you The Dark Side of the Loom, and the featured song, "Ewes and Rams."

Please forgive me.

Happy Doodle Week. Looks like that lamb has been pretty fleeced too.

Very nice, this is a series of sheep? I must read on! Excellent Clarice, erm... Jenn!

I've taken enough psychology classes to recognize that Jenn has a Dark Side that she has been suppressing.
Note to self: stay on her good side.

Great doodle, though.

Laura- Happy Doodle Week to you, too!! Heh, that lamb's wool will be all mashed down once he gets out of that straightjacket! :) It won't be pretty.

Redbeard- The sheep comic was one I did each week many moons ago for the college newspapers, but the last Doodle Week encouraged me to dust them off. :)

DaOldMan- It's not as much a full-fledged "Dark Side" as more of a "Dim and Drafty Side". But it'll do. :)

YummY!- Heh, thanks-- it IS late afternoon on a Friday, I think we're all a bit punchy! :) Hope you get some rest. TGIF!!

Your artwork is spot-on. There's some crazy felt lady on Etsy. When I have a spare $150, I'll get her to make you a felted Shearadon.

Chica- Ah, you know how siblings are-- same goes for brother sheep! :)

Alice- I think seeing Shearadon in 3-D would terrify me. :)

I think this is pretty evil, but not quite evil enough.

I cant tell if shearadon is really hating it.

Unknown said...

Claire- Yeah, I'm sure Shearadon initially had fun threatening Woolworth with favre beans and a nice Chianti and then realized his brother sheep couldn't understand a darned thing he was saying...

Then it became less fun.

I can't do full Evil: I am the Diet Coke of Evil- just one calorie, not evil enough.

Those sheep are just, just... baaaaaaaad. (Sorry, couldn't help it!)

Aww Diet Coke of Evil, yep that sounds about right :)

I am,I fear, too evil sometimes :)

Unknown said...

Elle- S'okay-- someone had to. It was obligatory. :) Thanks for popping by!

Claire- Meh. You'd be too evil if you doodled in blood instead of markers. Now that'd be evil!

I didn't realize that you had a hand in that blog, LOL ... ahhhhh, it all makes sense now.

MYM said...

Well, not really.

Drowsey- Heh, I know. Shearadon started blogging because of the last comic strip I'd done for doodle week. Just as a bit of a joke. But he's not a very dedicated poster, I'm afraid. :)
